 To add a feather to the hat of our company, we have our own “Training Center” situated at Hansapal 05Km away from Bhubaneswar for imparting training to the security personnel before their deployment. The training center is managed by a group of highly professional retd. Air Force, Indian Army and Indian Navy personnel.

 

Due to increase in the number of business establishment and increasing demands for security, there has been a proliferation of private security agencies in the recent years. The Industry growth seeks for the private guards for the protection of pilferage, mobs and other safety means. In this regard it is mandatory for all the private agencies to deploy trained and professional personnel whose character and antecedent are sound. In view of the legal parameters laid by Union Govt. we are dedicated to have our own training center for the training of security personnel before their deployment.

 

Our training schedule is as per the Govt. guidelines mentioned in “PSARA” – 2005 where our trainers train civilians so that they can be employed as security guards, supervisors and SO. We provide both physical & class room training including fire fighting so that the trainees can handle any type of catastrophe or hazard.

 

The duration of training is one month. During training the Cadets will be facilitated with accommodation and food.
