METHOD OF RECRUITMENT

1) The security personnel will be deployed as per the minimum criteria/norms of the company, Height, weight, chest and education level will be as per the minimum standards or as per our client’s requirement. 
2) Basically the security personnel, we recruit through our training academy, after passing out the basic course as per the PASARA Act 2005 and PASARA Rules 2009
 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1) All rates will be on 08 hours basis
2) A formal contract needs to be signed prior to deployment of our guarding personnel.
3) Our personnel will be deployed within one week of signing the contract. The contract shall be for a period of one year. However either party can terminate the contract by giving one-month advance notice in writing.
4) The charges will includes of all expenses towards P.F. & E.S.I. contributions, substitutes for weekly offs, leaves, holidays or any other absenteeism, bonus gratuity etc. It also includes cost of uniforms for summer, monsoon and winter.
5) Payment shall be made within 7 days of submission of the invoice.
6) GST WILL be charged on Gross bill Amount as per Statutory Provision.
7) Accommodations to accommodate the deployed security staff will have to be provided by the principal employer..
8) Proper uniforms will be provided by us to all the deployed guards for the projects.
9) Lathy & torch to each guard will be issued form our end.
10) Surprise checking, Night patrolling and Supervision will be carried on 4 days in a week by our management staff. It may be increase depends upon the situation of the site or as per our client’s requirement.
