The company has its own dedicated training center situated at Hanspal, 5km away from Bhubaneswar for imparting training to the security personnel befor the deployment. The training center is managed by a group of hightly professional retired Air force, Indian Army, and Indian Navy personnel.
Our training schedule is as per the government guidelines mentioned in PSARA 2005 where our trainers train civilians so that they can be employed as security guards, supervisors, and SO. We provide both physical and classroom training including fire fighting so that trainees can handle any type of catastrophe or hazard. The duration of training is one month with accomodation and food.
